Have you ever heard of the word "integrity" before; well if you don't, it means to be honest and good. This word is the key thing to journalism.
The key to writing a successful piece in journalism is to be honest and tell no lies. This is also called, "Journalistic Integrity". You have to give a trusting and fair report to the public. There must be facts that you have collected and opinions that shows the honesty of the problem.
A case of bad journalism is like, ~ "The contract between Wal-Mart and the lady was that if you get someone else to pay the medical expenses Wal-Mart doesn’t have to pay for them. That makes sense.Wal-mart is taking advantage of a poor old lady by making her pay twice and that is what makes Wal-mart so evil." ~ Ok, that is an example of bad journalism because it has the journalist's opinions in it. This is the wrong way to write because it's has opinions and there shouldn't be any opinions in journalism, especially telling wrong about the topic. On the small topic, a better one would have on opinions in it.
